Arts & Culture: Five Days In Copenhagen

Five Days in Copenhagen is the latest project by Italian photographer and graphic designer Chiara Terraneo. On a visit to the city, she took a series of eerie shots capturing the urban environment.

“Photography makes me go outside in the street, in other houses, in other places,” she says of the inspiration behind the project. “It speaks of the distance between the object and the camera and tells a unique story. For this project I wanted to capture the particular details such as little pieces of light or water to tell a story.”

The series is made up of a set of snap-shots, from a young woman reading a book outside a library to a couple looking out of a window onto the street, each expressing a particular emotion or meaning for that particular moment.
